Information TCG Gathers and Tracks

TCG gathers two types of information about users:

- Information that users provide manually on our website. This information is collected on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and includes name, address, contact information, last 4 of SSN, date of birth, and billing information. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.

- Information TCG gathers through usage tracking, which records page views throughout our site. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within TCG to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Usage Tracking

TCG tracks traffic patterns and overall site usage statistics using data gathered from browser strings (information contained in every user’s browser) and IP addresses. Still, this data is never associated with individual users. TCG also tracks search terms that users enter in public search engines.

Cookies

We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie does not contain Personal Information. A cookie can’t read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. TCG uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above).
